House Keeping at Major South Wales Resort

The Waiting Game is looking for Housekeepers/Cleaners to work at a major resort in South Wales

The successful applicants must have previous Housekeeping experience.

Weekday/Weekend Shifts

0900-1500

£11.09/hr inclusive of Holiday Pay

You must be 18+ for this role and this is an ongoing position

We are looking for individuals who:

• Own a smartphone (to use our app)

• Have good customer service skills

• Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential!

• Have a “can do” positive attitude

• Are punctual and committed for the shifts booked

• Are good communicators

• Search on Appstore or Playstore for “TWG Staff’ app and install it onto your IOS or Android device

• Once you have downloaded the app, fill in your details to create a profile.

• To complete your profile the app will ask you to book an induction. Select the office as “Cardiff” and pick a date and time for your online induction.

• We will accept your induction request and send you a text with details of the zoom induction. The induction usually lasts 20-30 mins.

• Once you have done these steps and attended the zoom induction we will verify your staff profile and you will be able to sign up to shifts!
